• Serve as the primary front desk contact for clients, guests, and walk-ins; manage inquiries and bookings.
• Assist in presenting co-working packages and services; conduct site tours for potential clients.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and community initiatives; manage vendors and logistics.
• Oversee day-to-day center operations, room readiness, scheduling, and space utilization.
• Prepare reports on performance and client activity; maintain accurate client records.
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
