Job summary

Angkas is seeking a DREX Officer to supervise driver concerns from our Manila hub, with a flexible onsite/remote mix. You will lead community structures, align ops with targets, and bridge management with riders and drivers.

This role emphasizes coaching, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced ride-hailing environment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years in operations, with strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and motivate others.
