Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) seeks a DREX Officer to supervise driver concerns and lead driver-community initiatives in the Manila hub. The role involves coaching, governance, and cross-team collaboration to sustain service quality.

You will coordinate with management to implement welfare and engagement programs, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvement in a flexible onsite/remote setup across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/admin or related field.
• 3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Proficiency with transportation management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

You will the in-charge of:

1. Community Leadership & Engagement

• Lead and support the community structure and its leaders.


• Align operations with company policies, programs, and performance targets.


• Serve as the operational bridge between management and the community.


• Communicate official updates and directives clearly and consistently.

2. Performance Monitoring & Coaching

• Track and analyze community performance metrics (e.g., activity rate, cancellations, ratings, KPI compliance).


• Recognize top performers and coach those needing improvement.


• Implement training and development initiatives to strengthen performance.

3. Community Support & Case Handling

• Address and resolve community concerns promptly and professionally.


• Process assistance requests and coordinate with relevant departments.


• Gather and relay feedback from the community to management.

4. Program Design & Execution

• Plan and execute welfare, engagement, and productivity programs.


• Support inter-departmental projects requiring community involvement.


• Manage incentive programs and monitor their effectiveness.

5. Competitor & Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities and community sentiment.


• Provide insights and recommendations to guide decisions.

6. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.


• Escalate gaps and propose actionable recommendations.


• May recommend but not approve new programs, budgets, or policies without authorization

7. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on best practices and share knowledge within the team.


• Participate in ongoing training and development.


• Support special projects and other assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


• 3 years and above of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.


• Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
