Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Driver Operations Associate to help build a high-quality, long-term experience for drivers in the Philippines. You will manage communications, training initiatives, and retention efforts while aligning with company policies.

The role requires an active driver's license, ability to operate a 4-wheel vehicle, and a Bachelor's degree. 1+ year in operations management, preferably in transport or logistics, plus proficiency with Google Sheets and data reporting, are ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related course is required.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and reporting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule driver updates (hotspots, announcements, tips).
• Monitor driver chats/inboxes for issues or trends and respond to queries.
• Develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism and platform knowledge.
• Track training completion and engagement with content.
• Monitor driver activity to identify disengagement and re-engage via tailored support.
• Develop and run driver loyalty programs and conduct regular FGDs.

Now, we're looking for a Driver Operations Associate (DREX Associate). The Driver Journey & Success, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from ensuring a high-quality, long-term experience for drivers.

What you’ll be doing:

A. Communications

• Draft and schedule daily or weekly driver updates (hotspots, announcements, tips)
• Monitor driver group chats or inboxes for issues or trends
• Respond to inbound driver questions or support requests
• Manage support escalations and issue resolution

B. Training & Development

• Develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism, customer service, and platform knowledge
• Track completion rates of training and engagement levels with content
• Share and communicate learning visuals, APP-dates through driver group chats

C. Retention

• Monitor driver activity and engagement metrics daily to identify drivers who show signs of disengagement
• Contact inactive or low-performing drivers to re-engage them with tailored support
• Develop and run driver loyalty programs
• Conduct regular FGDs to understand drivers’ needs and pain points.

D. Adhere to company policies and procedures

E. Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior

F. Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

• Must have an active Driver's License
• Must be knowledgeable to operate a 4-wheel vehicle
• Bachelor's Degree of any related course
• At least 1 year experience in operations management, preferably in transportation, logistics, fleet, employee relations, or paralegal
• Good communication skills, computer literate, experience in Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting.
