Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in content moderation, comment management, community operations, or social media operations.
• Experience handling high-volume online interactions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community guidelines.
• Good judgment when handling sensitive or inappropriate content.
• Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to issues.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sports or digital media experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor comments and user interactions across the Alta Sports platform and social media channels.
• Moderate comments according to community guidelines and platform policies.
• Identify and address spam, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful content.
• Respond to user comments and questions when appropriate.
• Escalate serious complaints, technical issues, or sensitive concerns to the appropriate team.
• Monitor recurring user feedback and report insights to the operations and content teams.
• Help maintain an active and engaging comment section.
• Prepare reports on comment activity, moderation issues, and user feedback.
• Coordinate with the community and customer service teams when necessary.
