With 2–3 years in community management, you will monitor discussions, plan campaigns, and collaborate with content, social media, customer service, and product teams to drive growth and retention. The role is based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing online communities.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, media, gaming, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media and online community behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle user concerns professionally and work with metrics.

Responsibilities
