Job summary

Alta Sports in the Philippines (Taguig) is seeking a Comment Operations Specialist to manage and moderate user comments across its digital platforms, ensuring timely responses and a healthy discussion environment.

You will monitor interactions, enforce guidelines, address spam and harmful content, coordinate with community and customer service teams, and prepare insights reports to help improve engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in content moderation, comment management, community operations, or social media operations.
• Experience handling high-volume online interactions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community guidelines.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good judgment when handling sensitive or inappropriate content.
• Sports or digital media experience is an advantage.
