Alta Sports is seeking a Community Operations Specialist to manage and grow its online communities, ensuring active user engagement and a positive environment across platforms and social channels.

With 2–3 years in community management, you will monitor discussions, plan campaigns, and collaborate with content, social media, customer service, and product teams to drive growth and retention. The role is based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily community activities and user engagement.
• Monitor community discussions, posts, and user interactions.
• Plan and execute community engagement activities, campaigns, and events.
• Encourage user participation through contests, discussions, promotions, and other initiatives.
• Monitor community feedback and identify trends, concerns, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with content, social media, customer service, and product teams.
• Prepare regular reports on community growth, engagement, and activity.
• Help enforce community guidelines and maintain a positive user environment.
• Develop strategies to increase active users, retention, and community participation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in community management or community operations.
• Experience managing online communities, preferably for sports, entertainment, media, gaming, or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media and online community behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle user concerns and community issues professionally.
• Data-oriented and comfortable working with engagement and community metrics.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Sports knowledge or strong interest in sports is an advantage.
