Job summary

Kumu in the Philippines is seeking highly driven individuals for our Community Operations team. You will work on the frontlines with users, building relationships, understanding behavior, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and engagement across the platform.

You will engage daily with users through in-app hangouts, chats, or calls, conduct surveys, and share actionable insights with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Own smartphone and laptop.
• Willing to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech savvy; familiarity with Google Workspace and the Kumu app is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with users daily through in app hangouts, chats, or calls.
• Conduct surveys and gather insights to understand user needs and behavior.
• Build genuine relationships across a diverse user base.
• Spot opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization.
• Act as the voice of the user by sharing actionable insights with internal teams.
