Kumu is seeking a proactive User Operations teammate in the Philippines to engage with the community and understand user needs. You’ll establish relationships, gather insights, and identify opportunities to grow retention and monetization from frontline interactions.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, empathetic, and adept at clear communication, with comfort in fast-paced settings and weekends/shifts. You’ll report to the Makati office quarterly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Open to fresh graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Must have personal smartphone and laptop.
• Willing to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech savvy; familiarity with Google Workspace and the Kumu app is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills across diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct surveys and gather insights to understand user needs and behavior.
