Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in user operations, community operations, social media operations, or event operations.
• Strong execution, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to track and analyze campaign results.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
• Marketing or branding experience is a plus but not a must; strong operational thinking and hands-on execution are valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user acquisition and engagement through social media, communities, events, and referrals.
• Manage daily social media operations: content planning, posting, and user interaction.
• Coordinate campaign materials, rules, timelines, and rewards, plus post-campaign review.
• Track metrics like new users, participation, conversion, and activity performance.
• Support local operational projects and cross-team coordination as needed.
