BIGO LIVE in Taguig is seeking a Growth Operations Advisor to plan and drive user acquisition, engagement, and community activities from the BGC Corporate Center. You will coordinate campaigns, social media efforts, and events to foster growth and active community involvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-team collaboration, and clear communication while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Experience in marketing or branding is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in user operations, community operations, social media operations, or event operations.
• Strong execution, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to track and analyze campaign results.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Marketing or branding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user acquisition and engagement activities through social media, communities, referral campaigns, online events, and offline activities.
• Manage daily social media operations, including content planning, posting, campaign promotion, and user interaction.
• Coordinate campaign materials, rules, timelines, execution, rewards, and post-campaign review.
• Track key results such as new users, participation, conversion, and activity performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Support other local operational projects and cross-team coordination when needed.
