Responsibilities

• Create and plan online and offline events, including seasonal and core-community events, identifying opportunities to increase engagement.
• Develop pre-event assets and provide clear outlines and instructions to ensure participation and alignment with goals.
• Explain event benefits and rules clearly to maximize understanding and participation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost in-app involvement.
• Execute online and offline events, assist in post-event recaps and scoring; generate insight reports and evaluate outcomes.
