Job summary

BIGO in Metro Manila is seeking a hands-on User Operations Coordinator to drive engagement and events. The role focuses on social media, communities, referrals, and offline activities, with office-based work five days a week.

You will plan campaigns, manage posting, track results, and coordinate cross-team efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment, with a penchant for hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in user operations, community operations, social media operations, or event operations.
• Strong execution, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to track and analyze campaign results.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
• Marketing or branding experience is a plus but not a must; strong operational thinking and hands-on execution are valued.
