Qualifications

• 2+ years in BPO, outsourcing, or related sales experience.
• Comfortable prospecting independently—hunt for your own leads.
• Track record of closing service contracts with measurable ROI outcomes.
• Ability to articulate how outsourcing drives efficiency and reduces operating costs.
• Collaborative mindset—work with Account Management.
• Consultative selling approach—ask before pitching, solve before closing.
• Self-motivated; thrives in commission-first environments.
• CRM proficiency; autonomous work ethic with regular reporting.

Responsibilities
