Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BPO, outsourcing, or related sales experience.
• Comfortable prospecting independently and hunting for leads.
• Track record of closing service contracts with measurable ROI.
• Able to articulate how outsourcing drives efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborative with Account Management and operations teams.
• Self-motivated and thrives in commission-first environments.
• Experience with CRM and regular reporting.
• Experience serving international markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify your own prospects presenting business solutions to companies/ owners.
• Receive sales enablement support and product training.
