Job summary

NAIS CORP in Pasig is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to proactively contact potential customers by calls and emails, qualify prospects, present products, handle objections, and close deals to hit quotas. The role focuses on building pipelines, managing CRM data, and developing new business through persuasive communication.

Onsite work with benefits including HMO, paid training, and weekends off. Prior BPO sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in the BPO industry.
• Outbound sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls and email inquiries professionally.
• Increase the number of new accounts and meet sales targets.
• Conduct cold calls and disseminate product information to potential clients.
• Listen to customers’ needs; make product recommendations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed by the Campaign.
• Account Management - keep records of customer interactions and update details.
