Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Service Manager - Commercial Vehicles to lead the aftersales service operation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, workshop efficiency, and sustainable growth across our commercial vehicle portfolio. You will drive service revenue and manage KPIs while building high-performing teams across a dynamic dealership network.

You will develop service strategies, oversee budgeting, and collaborate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Customer Experience to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Business Management.
• Experience in managing commercial vehicle service operations.
• Proven leadership in dealership, distributor, fleet, or automotive aftersales environments.
• Knowledge of workshop operations, warranty administration, and service management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Commercial Vehicle Service Department.
• Drive service revenue through labor, maintenance programs, and value-added services.
• Achieve departmental KPIs including customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and relationships.
• Oversee workshop planning, resource allocation, and technician utilization.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of repairs, maintenance, warranty, and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Customer Experience teams.
• Analyze service data and prepare management reports with actionable recommendations.
