Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager-level professional to drive regional pricing and profitability initiatives. Based with the SEAC Commercial Team, you will collaborate with C-suite, Partners, and markets to optimize engagements and commercial outcomes.

You will lead inflight reviews, support pricing, analyze portfolio performance, and develop tools to improve profitability across the SEAC region. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• - Lead inflight reviews of strategic high-value projects, ensuring financial and delivery alignment.
• - Monitor financial health of engagements and address matters promptly.
• - Support Partners and the Pricing team with pricing across PwC Consulting offerings.
• - Analyze portfolio performance and develop profitability improvement strategies.
• - Build commercial tools and templates to enable self-serve pricing across teams.
• - Propose and implement improvements to processes or tools and establish service support.
• - Deliver pricing training to uplift capability across business teams.
• - Own and maintain repository of major pricing commitments and master service agreements.
• - Support bids with accurate costing and analytics for post-implementation review.
• - Collaborate with client and internal teams to enhance pricing and profitability.
