Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting (SEAC) is seeking a Senior Manager in Manila to drive strategy within Priority Accounts. You’ll work with a small set of key clients to deliver consistency in client relationship and business development strategy, and drive our account framework to deliver value on key business initiatives.

You will coordinate with Industry and Go To Market leadership, build and leverage internal networks, and manage relationships with client stakeholders to help close

Qualifications

• 10+ years in account programs and GTM.
• Background in professional services preferred.
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Experience coaching and leading teams.
• Strong PMO or project management experience.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Global business acumen across cultures.
• Organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and business development for priority accounts.
• Arrange account team meetings and action planning.
• Develop account plan, quarterly reviews, and strategy.
• Own contracting and pricing knowledge for the account.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders (e.g., procurement).
• Serve as central contact for account team and firm.
• Disseminate intelligence on account, industry, and competition.
• Collaborate with CLP to execute sales strategies and close opportunities.
• Support sales pursuits and pipeline management.
• Leverage account management tools to drive excellence.
• Collaborate with Industry and GTM leadership on portfolio alignment.
