Job summary
Business Trends Philippines is seeking a Business Manager to support its commercial business across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. The role partners with the Commercial Director to shape commercial strategy, business planning, analytics, forecasting, pricing, market access, and distributor management.
You will coordinate cross-functional projects, prepare dashboards and analyses, develop business cases for launches, and manage pricing and tenders.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industries.
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Business Planning, Marketing, Pricing, Forecasting, or Market Access.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Regional / Southeast Asia or distributor-market experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support annual business/brand planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and business reviews
- Prepare sales dashboards, KPI reports, business trackers, and commercial analyses
- Develop business cases for product launches and portfolio expansion
- Support pricing, tender evaluation, reimbursement, and competitive pricing analysis
- Coordinate distributor governance meetings and monitor distributor KPIs and commitments
- Support distributor agreements, amendments, renewals, and contract tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional commercial projects and initiatives
