Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive/Assistant Manager to source and close commercial real estate deals. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with property owners and corporate clients, and drive transactions from negotiation through closure.

The role emphasizes selling and leasing, client management, and building a robust network of owners, developers, and brokers across locations. Travel and vehicle requirements apply, with focus on Mumbai markets.

Qualifications

• Communication: Should have basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualification: Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible.
• Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across South Mumbai as per job requirements.
• Vehicle Requirement: Must have a 2-wheeler / Driver's license (Mandatory).
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sell/Lease commercial real estate properties to corporate and HNI clients.
• Propose clients with suitable property options based on their needs.
• Conduct meetings and property inspections with clients.
• Close prospective clients and ensure collections.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, developers, and brokers.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.
