Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Property Manager to oversee all operations and financial activities of a single commercial office building in Antipolo.

You will coordinate tenant services, maintenance, budgets, and reporting to ensure service quality and contractual compliance. The role requires hands-on leadership of facilities staff and vendors, active participation in business continuity, rent collection, and performance reviews, with a focus on safeguarding asset value and client

Responsibilities

• Responds to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
• Ensures periodic regular property inspection.
• Bids, secures, and administers service agreements with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinates tenant move-ins and move-outs, and walk-through spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
• Acts as primary contact with property owners, serving as Owner Representative to ensure that objectives as being met.
• Develops and controls annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Establishes facility preparation, assessments, and recovery strategies as part of business continuity programs.
• Collects rent and pays expenses in compliance with lease terms. Prepares all required legal notices.
• Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and CAM recovery charges.
• Develops business relationships through membership and participation in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
