Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, coordinating tenant move-ins/move-outs, and driving business continuity planning, with a focus on delivering reliable facility services and value for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responds to tenant needs, ensuring that admin and building staff resolve problems promptly.
• Ensures periodic regular property inspections and approves alterations as needed.
• Bids, secures, and administers service agreements with vendors for best value.
• Coordinates tenant move-ins and move-outs and walk-throughs with tenants.
• Acts as primary contact with property owners as Owner Representative to ensure objectives are met.
• Develops and controls annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Establishes facility prep, assessments, and recovery strategies for continuity.
• Collects rent, pays expenses, and issues legal notices in line with lease terms.
• Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and CAM recovery charges.
• Develops business relationships through industry memberships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Provides formal supervision to employees within a single functional area.
• Recommends staffing, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Plans staffing levels and manages labor utilization including overtime.
• Prepares performance appraisals and mentors staff.
• Leads by example and aligns with company values.
