Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Antipolo City. You will manage all aspects of a single commercial property, overseeing operations and financial activities to ensure compliance with contracts and standards.

Responsibilities include tenant relations, budget development, vendor management, and coordination of move-ins/outs while reporting to property owners and maintaining business continuity plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical is required.
• 2–3 years' work experience as Property Manager or Building Manager.
• Experience managing an office building is highly advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned in Antipolo City.

Responsibilities

• Responds to tenant needs and ensures staff resolve problems promptly in line with policies and contracts.
• Performs regular property inspections and recommends maintenance or reconditioning as needed.
• Bids and administers service agreements with vendors for best value in products/services.
• Coordinates tenant move-ins/outs and walkthroughs with tenants and improvement teams.
• Acts as primary contact with property owners and delivers timely reports as Owner Representative.
• Develops and controls annual operating and capital budgets and explains variances.
• Establishes facility preparation and recovery strategies for business continuity.
• Collects rent and pays expenses per lease terms; prepares legal notices when needed.
• Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and CAM recovery charges.
• Develops business relationships through professional/trade/civic organizations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
