Job summary

HRTx Inc in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations on-site. You will oversee tenant acquisition, retention, and the leasing team to drive occupancy and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in commercial property leasing and 5 years in people management, with proven negotiation skills and market insight. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in commercial property leasing.
Minimum of 5 years experience in people management or team leadership.
Proven track record in commercial tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies for commercial properties.
Identify and secure prospective tenants for available spaces.
Negotiate lease terms and contracts with potential tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and partners.
Conduct market research to stay updated on leasing trends and competitor activities.
Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing procedures.
