Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. in Manila, a premier New Zealand underwriting agency, seeks an administrator with 2+ years in commercial insurance to manage broker closings, verify premiums, and maintain accurate policy data in underwriting and CRM systems.

You will handle document control, organize records per compliance, and support ad-hoc projects while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced environment at the Ortigas hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience with strong admin support.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and a self-starter mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Broker closings management: process incoming closings from broker partners efficiently, adhering strictly to agreed turnarounds.
• Underwriting & premium verification: match broker closings against underwriter quotes and verify premium calculations for accuracy.
• System & data entry: enter policy details into core Underwriting and CRM systems.
• Document control: organize and archive insurance documentation following established compliance standards.
• Special projects & inbox maintenance: manage daily tasks through the inbox, occasional ad-hoc projects (e.g., backdating records).
