Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US Insurance Operations, specifically in Submissions, Policy Administration, or Underwriting Support.
• Experience processing and reviewing US commercial insurance submissions.
• Experience reviewing insurance documents, policy information, and submission requirements for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience with document filing and document management, including organizing and maintaining insurance files.
• Experience handling loss run requests, maintaining trackers, and following up on outstanding items.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate insurance data and documentation.
• Good MS Excel skills for trackers, data management, and reporting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with underwriters and onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process US commercial insurance submissions based on client requirements.
• Check submission documents and policy information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Process submissions involving CGL, MPL, A&E, and Excess lines of business.
• Perform document filing and document management to ensure submission files are properly organized and stored.
• Handle loss run requests, update trackers, monitor pending requests, and follow up for completion.
• Send collection chasers and follow up with clients or relevant teams for missing documents and information.
• Maintain accurate submission trackers and records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and underwriters to resolve submission questions and missing information.
• Meet required quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time standards.
• Support process improvements to improve quality and efficiency.
