Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is helping a New Zealand-based insurer recruit a detail-oriented Transaction Processing Specialist to join our Ortigas hub.

You will process broker-partner closings on time, verify premium calculations against quotes, and keep underwriting system and CRM records accurate, organized, and compliant.

This onsite role starts early (6:00 am) with a 9-hour day and benefits including day-one HMO and opportunities to handle international accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required?
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Meticulous data entry with attention to detail to catch inconsistencies.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and seek help when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Transaction Processing: Accurately process broker-partner closings within set timelines.




• Financial Verification: Cross-check premium calculations and match premium closings against underwriter quotes to ensure absolute accuracy.




• System & CRM Maintenance: Log details correctly into the Underwriting system and maintain accurate records in our CRM.




• Document & Inbox Management: Organize documents according to compliance guidelines, tackle daily task queues, and assist with backdating projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's/College degree




• At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance




• Meticulous approach to data entry, catching minor inconsistencies standard processes might miss.




• Clear communication skills, comfortable interacting with internal teams, and ready to contribute to a collaborative group effort.




• Ability to work independently with confidence, perform under pressure, and actively ask for help or offer support whenever needed.

Work Arrangement

Onsite | 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete 9 hours work
