Job summary

Patra Philippines LLC is seeking an experienced account services professional to manage day-to-day commercial property and casualty accounts in Metro Manila. You will handle marketing, client inquiries, COIs, renewals, and policy servicing within the Epic system, supporting program managers and account executives.

We value independence, strong organization, and the ability to juggle multiple accounts while delivering excellent customer service and timely updates to carriers and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Commercial Lines servicing, marketing, or account management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Epic and renewal workflows.
• Experience coordinating with carriers and underwriters independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day account management to less complex commercial property and casualty accounts.
• Prepare submissions for carrier marketing and quoting.
• Issue and manage COIs with timely delivery.
• Coordinate policy renewals and track timelines.
• Conduct marketing and carrier outreach for quotes and coverage options.
• Follow up on outstanding items and client inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Process policy transactions and servicing in Epic.
• Maintain policy and client documentation in Epic and document management systems.
• Partner with Account Executives and Program Managers to support retention.
• Support leadership by managing day-to-day insurance operations.
