Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is hiring for an underwriting support role in Metro Manila. You will perform underwriting and administrative duties, maintaining trackers and CRM to support reporting and decision making.

You will assist the Lead/Senior Underwriter with new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in line with policy procedures. The role requires strong English communication, sharp attention to detail, and experience in F&G insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the F&G insurance industry.
• Able to listen, digest information and report clearly for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Australian/NZ markets preferred; overseas experience considered.
• Willingness to learn and assist the Lead/Senior Underwriter.
• Fast learner, able to adapt to process updates.
• Team player with minimal supervision and good time management.
• Strong administrative skills and meticulous record-keeping for underwriting inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiar with insurance terminologies/jargons.

Responsibilities

• Complete underwriting/administrative duties and maintain trackers/CRM for reference.
• Assist Lead/Senior Underwriter with new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Respond to email policy inquiries from Clients, Staff & Insurers.
• Support Internal and External Advisers on underwriting issues.
