Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. in Metro Manila invites a senior finance professional to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to translate data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance within FMCG/retail or fast-paced sectors, strong Excel skills, and a business mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Cost Finance, or Management Accounting.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Manufacturing, or other fast-paced industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and management reporting.
• Solid understanding of P&L, profitability, margins, pricing, and cost drivers.
• Experience in Commercial Finance, Channel Finance, Cost Accounting, or Business Partnering is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience in preparing financial reports, variance analysis, business cases, and financial projections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
