Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training (facilitation, design, delivery).
• Experience with conventional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, e-learning).
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and tools.
• Collaborate with frontline supervisors to design programs and ensure efficient resource use.
• Design and execute talent development to enhance leadership and business management capabilities.
• Coach supervisors on deployment of selection tools and analyze effectiveness.
