Job summary

PMFTC Inc. (Philip Morris Philippines) in the Philippines is seeking a Commercial Capability Development Supervisor to lead frontline training programs and boost leadership and business management capabilities across the Commercial organization.

You will design and implement training tools, coach line supervisors on selection and development techniques, and collaborate with area stakeholders to ensure effective learning, resource use, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in training (facilitation, delivery, design).
• Experience with both traditional and modern training methods is an advantage (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and tools (selection & development tools; training programs; in-classroom training; field coaching; audit guidelines; indicators to assess learning impact).
• Collaborate with front line supervisors and stakeholders to design programs and ensure efficient resource use and current knowledge/skills data.
• Design and execute talent development programs to enhance leadership and business management capabilities within Commercial.
• Coach line supervisors on deployment of selection tools and analyze effectiveness to propose improvements.
• Gather best practices across the area and adapt to local processes with management commitment for implementation.
• Support timely roll-out of Compliance and EHS training requirements.
• Participate in business projects as directed by the CCD Manager.
