Job summary

SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation is seeking an HR ComBen Assistant to manage statutory benefits for about 1,500 employees and ensure accurate payroll processing. The role focuses on reviewing government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, plus facilitating orientation for new hires and monitoring loans and HMO enrollment.

Candidate should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of ComBen experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in ComBen or similar role.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive with attention to detail and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and render overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory benefits administration for 1,500 employees to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Review and administer government-mandated benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Facilitate compensation and benefits new hire orientation.
• Monitor loans/benefits and process HMO enrollment for new hires.
