Job summary

Collections & Recoveries is seeking a supervisor to maximize performance in the Overlimit/Front-end & Skips Collections team. The role focuses on meeting call quotas and leveraging effective collections strategies to boost profits while ensuring compliance with group policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring external skip tracing providers and endorsements, with no direct reports, requiring strong leadership and risk awareness within a dynamic credit operations unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in business.
• At least 2 years’ experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company or bank.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maximize performance in the Overlimit/Front-end & Skips Collections team by meeting call quotas and improving overall performance and profits through effective collections strategies and programs.
• Manage compliance and risk action items within approved group policies and guidelines.
• Monitor performance of external skip tracing service providers, including account endorsements.
