Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections RCM Analyst I to support collections operations with data-driven resources and cost awareness. The role collaborates with the analytics manager to drive results, monitors capacity against budget, and builds tools to automate processes.

The position requires strong SQL/R/Python skills, BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau), and a solid foundation in statistics. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Physics or related field.
• Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing and common statistical tests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Knowledge in using R or Python programming.
• Active knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle).
• Knowledge in using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical mindset, problem solving, detail-oriented and accountable.

The Collections RCM Analyst I's role is to support collections processes through strategic resource allocation and monitor cost effectiveness of collections strategies and processes.

What You'll Do

• Meet and work directly with collections analytics manager to help deliver key collections results
• Monitor and update collections capacity plan keeping aligned with business goals and budget
• Manage, extract and analyze information from databases
• Create tools will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes
• Actively monitor collections expenses, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurrences.
• Provide reports and business analysis and insights
• Support Collections budgeting process

What You Need To Have

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or any related course
• Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing and usage of typical statistical tests (e.g t-test, ANOVA, etc).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.
• Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Knowledge in using R or Python programming.
• Active knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle).
• Knowledge in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized, can be trusted to pay attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
