Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a debt-collection specialist focused on Small Claims Court filings in the Philippines. You will develop relationships with courts and government agencies, prepare data for courts, and support service of summons and decisions.

The primary responsibility is to collect the debt through filing a civil case particular for Collections of Sum of Money (Small Claims Case) in 1st level court.

• File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court
