Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Credit and Collections professional to collect and recover customer receivables in a Manila-area office, working with multiple clients and debtors. The role focuses on reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection, and gathering high-quality dispute information while maintaining a professional client relationship.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/business degree (Accounting degree a plus) with 0–2 years of credit/collections experience and BPO

Qualifications

• Graduate in finance, business, or accounting; accounting grads are an advantage.
• 0–2 years' Credit and Collections experience required.
• Candidates for collections must have prior voice collections experience, ideally B2B.
• Experience with accounting ERPs (Oracle, SAP) preferred but not required.
• BPO experience of at least 6 months, especially in customer service.
• Amenable to work full-time in office in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig.
• Willing to work in night shifts.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is preferred but not required

• Amenable to work Full Work in Office in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig
• Willing to work in any shifts i.e. night shift, graveyard schedule etc.
