Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly motivated Collections Professional to support Accounts Receivable and Collections operations in the Philippines. You will monitor customer accounts, drive timely collections, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate collection notes to improve cash flow.

The role targets collaboration with internal teams in a shared services environment, with office-based work in Quezon City and surrounding areas. Night and graveyard shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant collections or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with collections management, dispute resolution, and cash application support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned customer portfolio and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Proactively contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and billing issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and facilitate payment collection.
• Perform account reconciliations and validate outstanding balances.
• Support month-end reporting and audit requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
