Job summary

LF Lending Services Corporation is hiring a on-site Collections Associate in Taguig with 1–3 years of experience. You will handle reminder calls and follow-ups to recover due payments and improve collection rates.

Senior High School graduates are welcome. This is a full-time position with either a rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off) or a fixed Monday–Saturday setup.

The role includes performance-based incentives and government-mandated benefits such as 13th month pay and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, reminder calls, debt recovery preferred.
• Experience handling cash loans, installment loans, credit cards, consumer finance or lending products preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for collection-related calls.
• Senior High School graduate or above.

Responsibilities

• Handle reminder calls and collection follow-ups for due or overdue customers to improve collection rate.
• Push customers to repay on time or fulfill promised payments.
• Maintain system notes and follow-up records and ensure compliance.
