Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in collecting past-due and delinquent accounts.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with ability to meet collection targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Contact customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
