Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collections & Client Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Account Monitoring: Monitor aging accounts receivable reports regularly to identify overdue invoices.
• Accounting & Administrative Support: Post and reconcile daily collections and payments against customer accounts; assist with month-end closing, data entry, and basic financial reporting.
