Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or similar financial role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording collection payments from customers into the accounting system.
• Preparing collection reports and reconciling outstanding invoices with customer accounts.
• Following up with customers regarding overdue accounts via phone, email and formal correspondence.
• Assisting in the preparation of aged accounts receivable reports and analysis.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Supporting the resolution of billing discrepancies and disputed invoices.
• Coordinating with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end account reconciliations.
• Providing general administrative support to the Finance team.
