Job summary

Maya Bank is seeking a results-oriented Collections Team Lead in Metro Manila to oversee day-to-day operations and guide a dynamic team toward meeting targets.

You will manage workforce planning, collaborate with agencies, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in finance or business or related field.
• 2 years work experience as Collection Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in Lending Collection is a plus.
• Strong drive to achieve goals/targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team's day to day collection operations.
• Monitor daily productivity; ensure targets are met and issues addressed.
• Work-force management.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives with impact on the team.
• Forecast staffing to complement work volume growth and propose to Business Unit.
• Prepare and create reports based on team deliverables and present to management.
• Monitor Collection Agency progress and performance reports.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with Collection Agency.
• Ensure quality of service for customers/clients.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory collection policies and processes.

• Work-force management
• Be able to identify and implement process improvement initiatives that will have an impact to his/her assigned team
• Be familiar with staffing projection complementing work volume growth and forecast and make necessary proposal to Business Unit
• Prepare, Create reports based on teams deliverable and present to management
• Monitor Collection Agency progress/ performance report
• Daily and Weekly Meeting with Collection Agency
• Ensures quality of service is being provided to the customers/clients
• Ensures regulatory Collection policy and processes were being adhere to

What we are looking for:

• BS degree holder on finance and business, and other related field
• 2 years Work experience as Collection Team Lead or Supervisor
• Experience on Lending Collection is a plus
• Strong drive to achieve goals / targets
