Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Collections or AR.
• Experience supporting Australian clients is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication and professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 400-500 customers with 40-50 daily calls.
• Prioritize active collections (80-90%) and support AR tasks as needed.
• Engage Australian clients, address payment concerns, and negotiate arrangements.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the ERP system.
• Support cash receipts processing and reconciliations.
