• Diagnose root cause and recommend solutions.
• Negotiate to overcome objections while documenting accounts promptly.
• Follow Verifying All Information Good (VAIG) and Bad Phone Process.
• Resolve disputes and escalate as needed.
• Meet daily goals and adhere to client guidelines.
