Job summary

GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. in the Philippines is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Collections/Financial Account team. You will handle inquiries, assist with payments, and conduct collections with professionalism.

The role requires 6 months to 3 years in a BPO/CC, excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• 6 months to 3 years of BPO/Contact Center experience or more.
• Collections, financial, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Assist customers with payment-related concerns and available payment options.
• Conduct collection activities professionally and respectfully.
• Negotiate and arrange appropriate payment solutions when applicable.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and collection targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
