Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Billing and Collections Support Specialist in Manila to deliver collection services and resolve customer issues via chat and calls. You will help drive Autopay adoption among Retail customers and retrieve missing remittances, ensuring timely resolutions.

You will work in a fast-paced, agile team, using Salesforce, Zuora, and SiteMinder to keep data accurate and support seamless billing operations. Resume required; 12-month contract.

• Experience in collections/billing/support in a call center environment.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Tesorio or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a close team and share ideas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver collection experience for customers.
• Handle queries via chat and voice within SLAs.
• Support Autopay adoption for Retail customers.
• Retrieve missing remittances for received payments.
• Process service cancellations and currency changes in a timely manner.
• Conduct collection actions, including reminders and suspensions, per policy.
• Keep CRM and billing data up to date.
• Assist Billing and Collections Team Leader as needed.
• Support SiteMinder’s hotel commerce platform.
