Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Staff to support Accounts Receivable and Collections operations. You will handle customer communications regarding outstanding balances, assist with payment reconciliation, and maintain accurate collection records in our system.

Collaborate with the Account Management Team to facilitate timely payment processing, provide regular updates to the Team Lead, and assist with check collections and payment applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections Staff member to support our Accounts Receivable and Collections operations. The successful candidate will handle customer communications regarding outstanding balances, assist with payment reconciliation, maintain accurate collection records, and coordinate with the Account Management Team to facilitate timely payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support the Account Management Team in payment reconciliation and provide collections updates, covering front-end to mid-range collection activities.
• Accurately document customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection activities in the designated system or monitoring file.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Lead regarding collection progress and outstanding balances.
• Assist in preparing check collections and processing payment applications through WF, in coordination with the Account Management Team.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders regarding account and collection matters.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence related to account and collection management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

About you
